Don't expect life to be any different if you keep doing...
Don’t expect life to be any different if you keep doing what you’ve always done. Whether you’re in a bad relationship, the wrong job, or a place in your life where you feel stuck, have the courage to shake things up and cut your losses. Free yourself from the regret of the situation you’re in and take a new direction. Stop doing what isn’t working so you can start doing what works.
Be with people who knows your worth...

Feeling Unsettled ?
For many at this present time there is a feeling of being unsettled. A feeling that you don’t know if
you are coming or going. A feeling that you don’t have the energy to get started on anything new.
It will please you to hear that there is good reason for these feelings and that you are not alone. For
during this time of transition there is much clearing going on. Many new energies are being sent
down to lighten the load of what is going on. To help ease the path to the new beginnings.
During this time it is not a matter of working hard and feeling success but of letting go. Of letting go
of what you know and letting the truth of you flow. For this is a time where new ideas and creations
will be formed. When new ways of being will become more obvious. These new things cannot be
brought about if you are busying yourself in the old ways. So instead of thinking that you are failing
at what you are doing, just know that you are beginning to grow new seeds. That new growth is
forming.
Allow yourself time to sit in meditation and to feel the new energies that are being sent to you.
Acknowledge the light and feel the brightness as the clearing within you takes place. Be open to
receive information that will help you along your new path.
Find time to enjoy the simple things and be creative. Let go of the need to sweat and toil and just let
your body relax and your mind go. Come from a place of the heart and feel the new love that you
impart.
This is a time of kindness and love, a time of peace and tranquillity, a time of just letting go. Try not
to question what is happening or to force things to begin for things will happen as they are meant to.
Everything is as it is meant to be. The world is finally beginning to set itself free. Free of the
negativity that has been around for so long, so hang on in there and just know that soon you will
dance and new dance and sing a new song.
There is nothing to fear only fear itself. So enjoy your lives and what you have and bring yourself into
better health. Allow body mind and soul to rest from all its toil and to know that all will be revealed
in good time as to what it is that you are to be doing. Most of all be happy, laugh lots and breathe in
fresh air.

Start Now
What your life is today is a result of what you did…or did not do…yesterday.
If you’re still dreaming instead of creating
If you’re still planning but not implementing
If you’re hesitating because you lack confidence
If you’re holding back in any way…start now
If you want tomorrow to bear different results…start now.
And then one day you will look back and realize you had it in you all along
All you have to do is start now

You have to take the good with the bad..
You have to take the good with the bad, smile when you’re sad, love what you’ve got and remember what you had… Always forgive but never forget, learn from your mistakes but never regret, people change, things go wrong, just remember, life goes on.

Everyone is important
Lonely tree was growing among the hot sands of dead desert. Prickly sands covered the Wood. The Sun mercilessly burned its bark. But the Tree kept on living in spite of all.
Once the Hawk flied over the desert. The Hawk saw the Wood and sat on its branch. He looked around the desert and said:
— You are strange Tree, why do you keep on living among these dead hot sands ? Who needs it?
— You, — the Tree answered.
— Me? — the Hawk was surprised. — I don‘t need you.
— But if not me, — the Tree told, — you would have to sit on the hot sand instead of my branches. If not me, someone, seeing you sitting on the tree alone, would say that nobody needs you, too. And would ask you what do you live for. Sitting on my branches you, Hawk, think that I need you. The Hawk thought about it and had to agree with the Tree. If there was no Tree, the hawk would feel himself alone and useless among this vast desert.

A man must constantly exceed his level!
This inspiring story is about Bruce Lee, a legendary martial art master.
“Bruce had me up to three miles a day, really at a good pace. We’d run the three miles in twenty-one or twenty-two minutes. Just under eight minutes a mile [Note: when running on his own in 1968, Lee would get his time down to six-and-a half minutes per mile].
[caption id="attachment_673" align="alignleft" width="200"] Bruce Lee[/caption]
So this morning he said to me “We’re going to go five.” I said, “Bruce, I can’t go five. I’m a helluva lot older than you are, and I can’t do five.” He said, “When we get to three, we’ll shift gears and it’s only two more and you’ll do it.”
I said “Okay, hell, I’ll go for it.” So we get to three, we go into the fourth mile and I’m okay for three or four minutes, and then I really begin to give out. I’m tired, my heart’s pounding, I can’t go any more and so I say to him, “Bruce if I run any more,” –and we’re still running-” if I run any more I’m liable to have a heart attack and die.”
He said, “Then die.” It made me so mad that I went the full five miles.
Afterward I went to the shower and then I wanted to talk to him about it. I said, you know, “Why did you say that?”
He said, “Because you might as well be dead. Seriously, if you always put limits on what you can do, physical or anything else, it’ll spread over into the rest of your life. It’ll spread into your work, into your morality, into your entire being. There are no limits. There are plateaus, but you must not stay there, you must go beyond them. If it kills you, it kills you. A man must constantly exceed his level.”

The power of determination - Glenn Cunningham (athlete) Story
A true story about athlete Glenn Cunningham who was horribly burned in a schoolhouse fire at the age of 8. Doctors predicted he would never walk again. Determined to walk, Glenn would throw himself off his wheelchair and pull his body across the yard and along a fence. Twenty-two months later, he took his first steps and through sheer determination, learned to run despite the pain…
The little country schoolhouse was heated by an old-fashioned, pot-bellied coal stove. A little boy had the job of coming to school early each day to start the fire and warm the room before his teacher and his classmates arrived.
One morning they arrived to find the schoolhouse engulfed in flames. They dragged the unconscious little boy out of the flaming building more dead than alive. He had major burns over the lower half of his body and was taken to a nearby county hospital.
[caption id="attachment_670" align="alignleft" width="360"] Glenn Cunningham[/caption]
From his bed the dreadfully burned, semi-conscious little boy faintly heard the doctor talking to his mother. The doctor told his mother that her son would surely die – which was for the best, really – for the terrible fire had devastated the lower half of his body.
But the brave boy didn’t want to die. He made up his mind that he would survive. Somehow, to the amazement of the physician, he did survive. When the mortal danger was past, he again heard the doctor and his mother speaking quietly. The mother was told that since the fire had destroyed so much flesh in the lower part of his body, it would almost be better if he had died, since he was doomed to be a lifetime cripple with no use at all of his lower limbs.
Once more the brave boy made up his mind. He would not be a cripple. He would walk. But unfortunately from the waist down, he had no motor ability. His thin legs just dangled there, all but lifeless.
Ultimately he was released from the hospital. Every day his mother would massage his little legs, but there was no feeling, no control, nothing. Yet his determination that he would walk was as strong as ever.
When he wasn’t in bed, he was confined to a wheelchair. One sunny day his mother wheeled him out into the yard to get some fresh air. This day, instead of sitting there, he threw himself from the chair. He pulled himself across the grass, dragging his legs behind him.
He worked his way to the white picket fence bordering their lot. With great effort, he raised himself up on the fence. Then, stake by stake, he began dragging himself along the fence, resolved that he would walk. He started to do this every day until he wore a smooth path all around the yard beside the fence. There was nothing he wanted more than to develop life in those legs.
Ultimately through his daily massages, his iron persistence and his resolute determination, he did develop the ability to stand up, then to walk haltingly, then to walk by himself – and then – to run.
He began to walk to school, then to run to school, to run for the sheer joy of running. Later in college he made the track team.
Still later in Madison Square Garden this young man who was not expected to survive, who would surely never walk, who could never hope to run – this determined young man, Dr. Glenn Cunningham, ran the world’s fastest mile**!
**On June 16, 1934, Glenn Cunningham ran the mile in 4:06.8 minutes, breaking the world’s record. His effort portrays that whatever you want to create in your life is yours for the making. As long as you desire it enough and allow your will to guide you, you can have and be whatever your heart desires. The only one that can put limits on our personal will is ourselves. Develop and encourage your will to create and all the forces of nature within and without will help you bring your desire to pass.

ONE PERSON CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
The Star Thrower
A scientist was walking on the beach. In the distance, he noticed a young man apparently dancing. As he got closer, he realized the man was not dancing. Instead, he was reaching down to pick up starfish and then throwing them into the sea. “Why are you doing that?” he asked. “Because”, the young man answered, “if I don’t, they will die as the tide goes out.” “But there are hundreds of miles of beach and millions of starfish,” said the scientist. “What difference can you make?” The young man picked up another starfish and threw it into the ocean, saying, “I can make a difference to that one.”
Unsettled by the experience, yet now knowing the power of one person and one action, the next morning the scientist went to the beach and with the young man threw starfish into the ocean, thinking: “I made a difference to that one.”
