Difference between a quitter and persistent

The difference between a quitter and someone persistent, is one tiny moment.

The quitter says, 'That's it, it will never come, I can't finish this, I'm not good enough.', but the persistent(stubborn +optimistic) person says in that moment,'Not yet,I'm going to try just a litter bit longer, I think I might be able to figure this out.'

It make thousands of tiny moments for the persistent persont to finish, but that is really the difference.
